Job Description- Supervises the Operations Quality area of responsibility in line with defined objectives and KPIs
- Identifies improvement opportunities, provides consulting, and contributes to enhancing service delivery
- Ensures adherence to standards, governance, and effective process execution
- Leads and manages direct reports within the area of responsibility
- Plans and coordinates team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to all incoming requests
