Our mission is to “make the healthcare experience more human”. Docplanner is a SaaS tool for doctors and clinics used to optimize their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitize their practices to be able to spend more time with the patient. We also operate marketplace-websites in 12 countries which serve 62 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment. Only last month 5 mln medical visits were booked via our websites. That makes us the world's leading marketplace connecting doctors and patients. We have been growing rapidly and are on a path to reach EUR 0.5 bln in ARR in the next 3-5 years!
Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland. Our team now numbers over 2000 people based across 9 offices in Warsaw, Munich, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and Bologna. It is backed by leading venture capital funds including Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Private Capital, and One Peak Partners, raising a total of €130 million to date.

Join us as our Project Manager within our Clinic Agenda team, whose main goal is to make the clinic business line the biggest for Docplanner. Reporting directly to the Global Project Manager, you will be part of a team of 4 project managers working in different countries. You will play a pivotal role in our organization between local and global teams. Your primary responsibility will be managing a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects in Spain, aiming to elevate operational excellence and scale the Clinic Agenda project with quality.
You will create value by:

Leading Clinic Agenda project in Spain and ensure that project team is adhering to all standards and defined global processes

Understanding the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then use this information to lead initiatives in the country

Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries. Ensure playbooks are updated and information is available for everyone

Teaming with the Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.
Requisitos
What will help you thrive:

4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, being involved in the customer success and sales environment is a must.

Are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations, and hands-on in implementing them

Have experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and have organizational skills to bring structure.

Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills.

You are tech-savvy and fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
