PDM delivers mission-critical, utility-grade products across industry sectors powering the modern world, including HV/MV/LV transformers, circuit breakers, gas-insulated switchgear, and other transmission-grade equipment to a global portfolio of customers. ●  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Mandarin) is a plus.

●  Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to lead, take initiative, assess risks, problem solve, manage process, and strive for continuous improvement.

●  Willingness to periodically work outside of standard work hours for global coordination efforts.

●  Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).

●  Ability to work independently and remotely.

●  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, etc.), Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; MBA is a plus.

●  Experience working in HV/MV electrical, industrial power equipment, or related industries is preferred.
