Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end service delivery and operational coordination of metro data center environments, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and close collaboration with technical teams, customers, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead customer cases, projects, and overall daily operations
• Manage break-fix events with high responsiveness and service ownership
• Conduct site audits and manage ongoing customer engagement
• Ensure full compliance with SLA, SOW, safety, and quality standards
• Supervise third-party service providers and on-site field teams
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and manage work orders
• Oversee spare parts, inventory, and logistics operations
• Drive task prioritization, operational efficiency, and process adherence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Support system integrations to enable smooth operational workflows
• Ensure participation at on-site customer meetings
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams
• Apply technical understanding of optical networks, fiber, IP routing, and switching
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field - required)• Native Hebrew and fluent English is a must• Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) tools - advantage• Strong organizational and task management skills with high attention to detail• Hands-on leadership of technical teams and close day-to-day collaboration with field technicians- advantage• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
