• Project Manager for Operations' Project, with expertise in AI implementation, digital transformation and Agile methods to lead cross-functional initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role will drive project delivery while managing teams, stakeholders, and emerging AI-enabled workflows in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Experience in AI development, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment
• Familiar with business intelligence and analytics tools
• Exposure to API integration and data pipeline management

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or digital transformation
• Demonstrated agile capability, experience AI/ML projects or data science projects
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Miro or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects involving AI/ML integration with stakeholder alignments
• Develop project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for AI-enabled initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress using data-driven metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to Operations implementation projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Regional standards
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms to optimize project delivery
• Manage project documentation, change requests, and lessons learned
