  • Assist in driving digital transformation initiatives within the department.

  • Develop business requirements and work with IT to deliver system enhancements

  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Identify opportunities in operational excellence on man-hour savings, turnaround time reduction, process simplification etc.

  • Develop, maintain, and update documentation of project processes ,workflows and procedures.

  • Conduct training / presentation on improvement initiatives, approach, and techniques.

Operational Support:

  • Provide backup support for processing tasks when required.

  • Ensure seamless operations during staff absences, manpower gaps, or peak period volume.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Fresh grads with good aptitude may also apply.

  • Strong analytical capability, understands operational pain points, and can visualize the entire process from initiation to customer delivery

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI driven enhancement or workflow re-design is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile or other project management methodology will be advantageous.

  • Strong project management skills; Adaptive and flexible in changing strategic contexts; Self-driven & independent to lead / facilitate projects
