About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a central hub for operational initiatives across the organization, ensuring the successful intake, planning, execution, and reporting of projects that drive company-wide impact.

You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in departments such as Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives, on track for delivery, and yielding measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Project Intake and Scoping
• Serve as the primary point of intake for new operations-related project requests from internal stakeholders.
• Partner with requesters to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming projects based on alignment with strategic goals, capacity, and impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Facilitate alignment and communication across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as a bridge between departments, identifying dependencies, removing blockers, and enabling collaboration.

• Lead regular project status meetings and maintain clear documentation of decisions, risks, and milestones.
• Initiative Management and Execution
• Drive multiple concurrent operational initiatives through to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting and Insights
• Design and develop new reports and dashboards that provide operational visibility and enable data-driven decisions.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to derive insights and inform continuous improvement.
• Present updates and findings to senior leadership in a clear and compelling format.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business strategy roles. 
• Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to report to Headquarters in Lehi, UT as requested.
