Job Summary
Operations Program Manager. Manage a team of people responsible for key relationships with outside organizations including (Facilities, Clubs, Leagues, Tournaments, and Camps). Must be able to create sponsorship offers that are compelling to key decision-makers within the pickleball community. Proven passion for the sport of pickleball and the Selkirk Brand is a key differentiator. Expert-level writing and speaking English is absolutely required.
Responsibilities
- Review team performance and product KPI measurements of team activity bi-weekly.
- Identify process improvements/efficiency improvements for the team and automation opportunities.
- Build new sponsorship offers to respond to unique situations/requests within the structure of Company policies.
- Training new staff on sponsorship program delivery.
- Support cross-functional operations team with Wholesale, Sales, Teams, and Customer Service managers.
- Establish new processes and adapt to change as the company grows - New systems, new teams, new methods, international.
- Constantly evaluate the competitive landscape to maintain winning offers for all sponsorship programs.
- Maintain vigilance to avoid creating opportunities for fraud.
- Review contract terms and language for multi-year sponsorship agreements.
- Using Low-code Apps to manage process flows and overall customer responsiveness.
- Review and assign service tickets for questions/follow needed for successful sponsorship.
- Manage relationships with sponsored parties.
- Assure compliance with Sponsorship terms.
- Produce ROI assessments of sponsorships overall and key relationships.
- Project management of new initiatives requested by senior leadership.
