- Support the team with daily operational activities, including data entry and workflow monitoring.
- Help create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Assist in analyzing operational data, especially focusing on performance and financial aspects.
- Help review and document internal processes (SOPs), suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Act as a backup for the team in day-to-day operations and project tracking when needed.
- Collaborate with different teams such as Operations, Product, and Finance to support well-structured and effective processes.
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in data analysis, and ideally some initial experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- You’re curious about working with large datasets and learning how to turn data into actionable insights.
- You have good organizational and presentation skills that help you work well with others.
- You communicate effectively in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- You’re confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You’re proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage your tasks independently.
- Most importantly, you enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
