This role has a 5/8's schedule, based from home with some onsite requirement for meetings and site visits. In this role you will work on our internal consulting team for ambulatory. You will field requests from the various service line leaders for support that can range from process improvement work to improve efficiency to help in relocating a clinic or service. You will interface with system resources as well Process Engineers on projects or be an extension of the leadership team to act as eyes and ears on larger scale projects. Must be a self-starter and work independently.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple and interdependent projects to ensure that the organizational work environments and cultures support leaders, physicians and employees to excel in the performance of their roles, as well as support the financial, customer, operational, and learning components of the operations. May conduct project planning for assigned work streams, evaluate and monitor performance effectiveness using standardized outcome measurements, available resources, and utilization of standardized project management tools. Directly supports division operations with standardized operations, innovative plans, strategies and data tracking to provide concise and accurate information that aids in decision-making.

2. Builds and supports effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and organizations. Develops partnerships, coordinates activities, reviews work, exchanges information, and/or resolves problems.
3. Reviews, prepares, analyzes, and presents reports and recommendations to senior leadership regarding operations, programs, services, and/or other applicable areas of interest in order to provide concise and accurate information that aids in decision-making.
4. Develops/incorporates efficient corporate communications and applies standardized and best-practice communication methods to ensure maximum leverage of strategic messaging and other pertinent information across the organization or to selected audiences within the organization.
5. Designs systems to monitor improvements to ensure performance is sustained and effective.
6. Makes decisions with general functional, company and industry guidelines. May manage budget for large and/or complex projects or programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working knowledge in business administration, health care administration or related field.
Moderate experience, typically gained through 2-4 years relevant experience. Must possess a strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field. Must also possess strong project management expertise, including the management of system-wide projects that are large scale and complex. Excellent planning, problem solving, analysis and research abilities required.
