The Role

Description

Euronet seeks to employ an Operations & Procurement Specialist to support and oversee the operational activities of our ATM network throughout Italy.

The successful candidate will be based in the Milan office and will be part of a Global Operational organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Coordinate third-party service providers (installation, security, transportation, etc.) for the installation and removal of ATMs throughout Italy.
  • Act as the point of contact for the sales team to define the organization of new ATM installations, plan priorities, and optimize workloads.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for quotes on installation and transportation services.
  • Scout for new suppliers and organize RFIs, RFQs and tenders.
  • Organize, track, and update the inventory of ATM machines, devices and peripherals.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage periodic reviews with suppliers.
  • Occasionally, visit sites and organize inspections and visits.
  • Manage complex projects, coordinating various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  •  University degree in Supply Chain Management or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational or IT roles in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, or technical support.
  • Previous experience in the installation of ATMs, vending machines, kiosks, video lotteries or lockers will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and good knowledge of relational databases and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, to communicate with central functions.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU on a full-time and permanent basis without employer sponsorship
