Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation
In this role, you will:
  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Coordinate projects
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience with cash handling and/or cash vault operations, including knowledge of processes, controls, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in 10-key numerical data entry with speed and precision
  • Hands-on experience processing cash transactions and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
  • Working knowledge of cash sorting machines, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and gather relevant information
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and financial handling
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on information from documents and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to meet high production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, meet deadlines, and achieve goals under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume, deadline-driven operational settings requiring consistency and reliability
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to locate information efficiently
Job Expectations:
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
Training:
  • You will be receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
  • Training will be for 90 days Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm or until work is completed. You are required to attend the full duration of 90 days training
  • We're open from Monday - Friday, 7:00 am or until work is completed
Other Job Expectations:
  • Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods (6-8 hours or more per shift) in a physically demanding environment
  • Regularly lift, pull, and maneuver 50+ pounds, including vault-related materials
  • Willingness and availability to work additional or extended hours as business needs require
  • Standards hours: 30

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$19.71 - $25.00
