We are seeking a Process-Oriented and Tech-Savvy individual to join our team as an Operations and Process Excellence Associate (OPE Associate). This role will be instrumental in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing operational processes and departmental databases across the organization.Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Process-Oriented and Tech-Savvy individual to join our team as an Operations and Process Excellence Associate (OPE Associate). This role will be instrumental in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing operational processes and departmental databases across the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain standardized operational processes across departments
- Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate documentation for all functions
- Automate workflows and improve efficiency using tools such as Google Sheets, App Script, and other relevant technologies
- Develop and manage departmental dashboards and databases (primarily in Google Sheets)
- Collaborate with department leads and report progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Support cross-functional initiatives and gain hands-on experience in multiple departments
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, JavaScript, or Google App Script (not mandatory but preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
- Must be a problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Displays a can-do attitude and takes ownership of tasks
- Willing to go beyond standard working hours when required to meet critical deadlines and deliverables
