Requirements :

  • Statistic or Supply Chain
  • 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the supply chain industry or consulting company
  • Proven success in working within dynamic and complex environments
  • A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable Insights.
  • Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis focusing on operations metrics to perform a gap analysis of oversla parcel.
  • Create a transparent and meaningful data dashboard for Ops stakeholders.
  • Simulate data to establish a new speed standard for business purposes.Create strategic improvement projects to reduce lead time.
  • Collaborate with various ops and non-ops departments regarding the status quo of operations metrics.
  • Ensure that the targeted shipper profile achieves the target lead time.
