Job SummaryPositioned at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations, this role supports the development and delivery of operational performance reporting to enable informed decision-making. The Specialist independently analyzes data, develops reporting solutions, and translates business requirements into accurate, actionable insights, adhering to established data governance standards. * Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to system analysis, application development, database design and administration, or 7 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development and administration.
* Experience with and understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes (e.g. policies, audits, controls metrics)
* Experience with a GRC Solution
* Experienced in tracking and organizing information
* Experienced in various desktop tools for tracking and managing information
* Experienced in leading work efforts, simple project management
* Experienced in preparing and reporting status
* Knowledge of corporate operations, including business partner operations, compliance support, code of conduct, and corporate policies and procedures.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
