Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.
Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights, and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint
