Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f) to join our Flight Hour Services (FHS) department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing logistics solutions. Within the SMROI team, you will be involved in modeling activities aimed at defining the most appropriate industrial configuration for new sales campaigns and existing contracts. You will also be responsible for creating and updating the cost database for logistics suppliers (warehousing, transport, customs clearance).

Your challenges:
Act as the FHS Operations focal point for sales campaigns:
Ensure offers released to customers are in line with FHS industrial set-up
Represent FHS operations in the industrial deviation meeting
Coordinates FHS operations during pre-sales activities
Be responsible for the logistic cost base modelling
Maintain logistic cost base (warehouse, transport, customs) in line with FHS industrial set-up (active pools, contracted transport lines, repair network per aircraft program)
Provide the logistic cost base to support sales campaign business cases
Report on sales campaigns within Operations team:
Provide weekly update to FHS operations team
Elaborate periodic reports to highlight major campaigns and upcoming workload for operations teams
Continuous improvement
Define industrial transformation set-up with associated roadmaps and processes
Support change management in transformation projects
Coordinate industrial projects (i.e Cyrus, Scrap,...)
Your boarding pass:
Master or equivalent degree in Aeronautics, Project Management or Logistics
Over 5 years’ experience in supply chain and project management in an industrial environment
Change management and transformation
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance
Team player, self-motivated, able to synthesise information
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle large volumes of data
Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Skywise)
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Good level of English (spoken and written)
