Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of operations regulatory reports (e.g. Cash BOP, ROMS), including all associated tasks.
Prepare Amendment Justification Templates (AJT) to address instances of inaccurate, late, or incomplete reporting.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strict adherence to maker-checker controls to ensure governance and control effectiveness.
Respond promptly to internal and external queries related to regulatory reporting.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required information and support reporting accuracy.
Key Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in process management, operations, or a related field
Proven track record of process improvement and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience with process mapping tools and techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma
