Supports and oversees complex manufacturing operations, including CNC machining, precision assembly, testing, quality problem resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, safety, standardized work, and continuous improvement. LEVEL II

  • Estimated annual base pay: $31.25(minimum) - $40.38(midpoint) - $50.00(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

LEVEL III

  • Estimated annual base pay: $35.58(minimum) - $46.15(midpoint) - $56.73(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

Work shift: AWS (Friday – Sunday) from 3:00am – 3:30pm

 


LEVEL II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Technical Processes: Implements and maintains technical procedures to ensure efficient daily operations in multiple areas/processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Determines and applies appropriate approaches for new assignments and enhances existing methodologies to improve effectiveness.
