To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Production Manager, Operations Manager role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related
- Intermediate English
- Strong experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of SMT processes, backend and BOX.
- Experience in Power BI and Minitab.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Management of production plan and monitoring H by H.
- Schedule availability.
