We are looking for talent for the position of Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- English B2.
10 years and above experience in any operational area, such as production, quality, planning or materials.
- Complete understanding of quality systems.
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Extensive experience on production matters, in special, enough experience in dealing with direct personnel.
Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed customer(s) requirements.
Achieve or exceed operational targets, such as scrap, OTD, productivity & quality, without exceeding the expected manufacturing costs.
- Develop a continuous improvement culture.
- Define ramp up plans, when needed, and meet such plans in timely manner.
