The Operations Manager leads SIS project development and execution while serving as a dealer‑facing customer service leader and owning all building, site, and facilities maintenance activities for the PDC.
This role ensures operational continuity, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and service stability through disciplined facilities management, project execution, and daily operational leadership. The Operations Manager is expected to demonstrate strong business acumen in distribution operations and applied industrial engineering.
Facilities & Site Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, vendors, and capital work
Business Acumen & Engineering Expectations:
• Strong understanding of distribution center cost drivers
• Evaluate service, complexity, facilities, and execution risk tradeoffs
