Iron Mountain is seeking a high-level, strategic Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence within a fast-paced, multi-client warehouse environment. You will lead new customer onboarding projects, from initial warehouse design and racking layouts to final execution, ensuring that all new business aligns with site capabilities and operational strategy.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead new customer onboarding and start-ups by planning and executing warehouse setups, including racking layouts and area design, while delivering key updates in project meetings.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Design teams to ensure new implementations are operationally feasible and aligned with the site’s strategic goals.

  • Take ownership of financial performance by managing the P&L, driving cost control, and presenting MBRs and QBRs to senior stakeholders and clients.

  • Oversee multi-client operational performance to ensure high-level efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the facility.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Commercial experience in a multi-client warehouse operation, specifically within 3PL or high-volume distribution.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse design and setup, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex customer start-up projects.

  • Proven ability in financial management, including linking operational outcomes to P&L performance and financial reporting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • High-level problem-solving ability and experience in driving operational efficiency and optimization.
