Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually DOE
Location: Travel between Phoenix, AZ / Chandler, AZ, with hybrid work flexibility at the manager's discretion
Travel: Must be able to travel frequently to North Phoenix, AZ and other local & domestic areas as needed

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage 50+ onsite employees, ensuring a strong safety culture with zero incidents.
- Drive high standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence across all activities.
- Produce detailed AAR (After Action Review) reports for leadership following any onsite incidents.
- Oversee operational finances, cost control, and protection of company and customer assets.
- Serve as primary onsite client contact, coordinating all account activity and operational support.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for teams supporting semiconductor manufacturing and facilities operations.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support long‑term client partnerships and business growth.
- Engage daily with employees and clients to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop, track, and report KPIs and operational metrics to customers and WGNSTAR leadership.
- Partner with the Director of Operations on monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasting.
- Lead hiring, performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, and technical competency development.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and represent WGNSTAR in planning, operational, and business development meetings.
- 3+ years of operations management experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in AMHS.
- Proven success leading teams in fast‑paced, customer‑focused settings while driving continuous improvement.
- Skilled in developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs; forecasting operational needs; and optimizing processes.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of semiconductor equipment, tools, workflows, and industrial operations.
- Effective collaborator with experience working across cross‑functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communicator with strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Builds strong client relationships and represents the organization professionally in operational and business development settings.
- Able to brief technical and non‑technical audiences, including engineering, operations, and executive teams.
- IT‑proficient, fluent in English, and known for strong interpersonal skills, leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
