We’re currently looking for a Operations Manager to join MyWP Rollout programme to help shape its future, support end-to-end transformation initiatives as well as being part of the planning and delivery of high impact reporting deliverables alongside multiple cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders.
You’ll be expected to act as an advocate for LATAM region on supporting our main clients in the FMCG industry, by understanding their needs and recommending them the best and most sustainable solutions within MWP*. *MyWorldPanel is a cloud-based platform, currently being deployed worldwide, to provide the most intuitive and efficient way to analyse our shopper behaviour’s data. The introduction of MyWorldpanel presents the opportunity to significantly enhance the delivery of insights to our clients. Equally its introduction is a huge enabler to bring consistency, efficiency, and automation to many of the operational processes that we have in our business.
The Role’s mission
- Ensure the effective development and delivery of deliverables outputs, while providing technical guidance, support, and motivation to teams.
- Lead task planning by defining objectives, setting milestones, coordinating activities, and driving continuous improvement in methods and tools.
- Own regional and programme objectives, ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and full compliance with data quality standards and MYWP and Worldpanel data feeds processes.

Key Outcomes
- Joining the relevant meetings with the Global Client Delivery, for scope evaluation briefings regarding the report structure / Rules / Data Display.
- Translate stakeholders’ requirements into reporting deliverables.
- Follow the requests priority in terms of structure and targeted deadlines.
- Extracting data using different platforms/tools and use the macros for quality control assurance.
- Creation of the report preview version for evaluation and sign-off.
- Responsible for the preparation of end-client deliverables using both industry standard and internal processes Worldpanel-specific newly technology and tools.
- Setup , validation and processing of GCD reports and Local reporting to transition them to Worldpanel data feeds and MYWP.
- One common/governed approach executed in regions to deliver the transition. Enabling multi-country roll outs in parallel.
Key Capabilities
- Knowledge or previous experience on Data manipulation (Data Visuals and PBI knowledge preferably).
- Excel and PowerPoint intermediate understanding. Knowledge or previous experience with MS Excel (e.g. Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint is recommended.
- Deep knowledge of Worldpanel systems, tools and ways of working.
- Proactive and collaborative approach with a solutions oriented profile, comfortable navigating in challenging scenarios.
- Highly curious and innovative profile, demonstrating curiosity to help drive transformation.
- Design thinking and ability to negotiate better Operational solutions proactively.
- English professional proficiency – minimum B2 Level is required.
