Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance! You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders.</point>
  • <point>Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Slovakia.</point>
  • <point>Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: unions; regulators; government officials; local communities, etc.).</point>
  • <point>Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.</point>
  • <point>Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures.</point>
  • <point>Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.</point>
  • <point>Taking ownership of Bolt’s growth in Slovakia by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives.</point>
  • <point>Advocating and elevating Bolt’s brand, product, and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry.</point>
  • <point>Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have 1+ years of experience in an Operations Management role.</point>
  • <point>You have 5+ years of experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field.</point>
  • <point>You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and the Czech or Slovak language (both verbal and written).</point>
  • <point>You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.</point>
  • <point>You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.</point>
  • <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.</point>
  • <point>You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject.</point>
  • <point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
  • <point>You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.</point>
