We are seeking a Operations Manager to join the Admin Team in our Hyderabad office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients and colleagues with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Planning, organizing, and strategizing the daily operations and routine and taking accountability of the site facility operations
  • Maintain constant communication with management, employees, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Maintain the coordination and communication with the Landlord and property team
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
  • Managing operation team members – Eisner team and vendor partner
  • Daily planning/debrief
  • Meeting Notes and documentation
  • Procurement, inventory and invoicing for the office
  • MIS Reports preparation/tracking
  • Organizing employee engagement activities
  • Organizing parties & get together activities internal and external
  • IT assets coordinating, tracking and distribution for your site
  • Tracking Fixed Assets, repair and maintenance
  • Tracking contracts and renewals
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Liaising with property consultants for long term office lease’s
  • Overseeing and Coordinating with Car Rental company for daily employee transportation service

Basic qualifications for the opportunity

  • You have proven 10+ yrs. of work experience in office management, office operations, office administration & office travel & event management
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You are experienced in vendor management and purchasing
  • You can work independently and in a team environment
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
