Operations Manager

Braiins is a pioneer in the Bitcoin mining industry and the company behind Slush Pool, the world's first Bitcoin mining pool. Since 2013, we have been advancing the state of Bitcoin mining through our open-source software (Braiins OS), firmware solutions (Braiins OS), and cutting-edge research. We are passionate about Bitcoin, open-source technologies, and empowering individuals and businesses to participate in securing the Bitcoin network.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations and act as the right hand of the COO.

This is a hands-on operations leadership role, combining operational management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement. You will ensure that teams, processes, and priorities are aligned — and that things don't just get planned, but actually get done.

This role offers significant autonomy, real visibility across the company, and a clear growth path toward senior operations leadership.

• Managing and improving day-to-day operational processes across the company

• Owning operational workflows and ensuring efficiency and accountability

• Building and maintaining operational frameworks, SOPs, and best practices

• Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers

• Overseeing operational budgets for specific areas (travel, tools, office)

• Working closely with the COO on operational priorities and strategic initiatives

• Turning strategic decisions into concrete action plans and driving execution

• Preparing regular operational reports (weekly/monthly) for the COO and leadership

• Identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions

• Coordinating timelines, action items, and deliverables across teams (engineering, support, finance, legal)

• Scheduling and facilitating cross-team meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items

• Maintaining and updating project management tools (e.g., Jira)

• Ensuring tasks are clearly owned, tracked, and completed on time

• Handling urgent operational issues, escalating when needed, and keeping leadership informed

• Stepping in to cover short-term operational gaps when needed

• Coordinating special projects requiring fast, reliable execution

• Collecting feedback from teams and synthesizing insights for leadership

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or business operations

• Experience in a tech-driven, scale-up, or fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to manage processes, people, and priorities simultaneously

• Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)

• Fluent English and Czech (written and spoken)

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset — you see problems and fix them

• Clear, structured communication across all levels of the organization

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment

• Interest in Bitcoin, open-source, or emerging technologies is a plus
