Position OverviewWe’re seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our Las Vegas warehouse and two facilities in Mexico. This role ensures smooth production, accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and efficient returns handling. You’ll partner closely with Supply Chain, CX, and Finance to deliver operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning: Align production and inventory plans with demand forecasts; track accuracy & utilization.
Sourcing: Oversee inbound receipts, vendor compliance, and supplier OTIF >95%.
Production: Manage Mexico assembly facility—scheduling, labor efficiency, and >99% first-pass quality.
Fulfillment: Ensure >99% on-time shipments and >99.5% order accuracy across Las Vegas & Mexico facilities.
Returns: Partner with CX to manage reverse logistics, ensuring <48-hour turnaround.
Process Improvement: Implement SOPs, track KPIs, and identify operational efficiency gains.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain OSHA standards, customs compliance, and safe, organized facilities.
Inventory accuracy: >98%
First-pass quality yield: >99%
On-time shipments: >99%
Order accuracy: >99.5%
Cross-border compliance: zero customs holds
Return SLA: <48 hours
Production throughput: units per labor hour
Required:
5+ years in operations, warehouse, or production management
Experience leading multi-site operations (U.S. + Mexico strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and logistics
Hands-on leader, present on the floor when needed
ERP/WMS experience (ShipHero or similar)
English fluency (Spanish strongly preferred)
Willingness to travel ~50%
