  • Job Description
  • As a BPO Operations Manager, you will:

    • Manage, coach, and mentor the Support team to ensure the seamless performance of sales administrative processes;
    • Maintain and manage the knowledge transfer on the usage of sales tech tools;
    • Maintain and manage relevant data & tools (i.e., Salesforce and others);
    • Support the onboarding process and requirements of CCO new hires;
    • Leverage tools including the enablement platform to track key activities and create process improvements;
    • Work closely with the Analytics team in using reports and dashboards to identify trends and discover areas needing improvements;
    • Roll out process improvements and process updates;
    • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the funnel and operational metrics, and delivering regular insights to the business;
    • Create and maintain a solid process to support the team to work efficiently and effectively by enabling the team to work smarter, and create opportunities and grow existing clients;
    • Collaborate with the leadership and support team to ensure data hygiene and process streamlining; and
    • Support the company's sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth.

    Do you have what it takes to become a Operations Manager?

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of BPO experience in a relevant position, along with some people management experience
    • Ability to work flexible hours
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite
    • Understanding of end-to-end sales process
    • Operations and Performance Management
    • Data analysis
    • Process and management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Knowledge in creating sales reports and analysis, optimizing process, and presenting business reviews and performance
