Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage people managers at Senior -OPS level, Span Control 150-200.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly SLA Performance Management of multiple sites.
- Calibrate with India/US/PH Partners, RCA & prepping POA.
- Communicating expectation clearly and setting a timeline for achieving goals.
- Assigning responsibilities. Accountable for actions and decisions.
- Developing frontline managers, Weekly, Monthly reviews with internal and external counterparts.
- Managing Business updates and publishing required dashboards.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Any Stream
- 2-5 years as Deputy Manager/OPS Manager.
- Experience in Scheduling, Eligibility and Benefits, Authorization verification and creation.
- Eligibility and front-end experience.
- Experience of transitioning multiple sites, on-site/off site.
- High organizational skills
