H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Operations Manager to join our current contract supporting the White Sands Missile Range in Alamogordo, New Mexico.  This work will be performed on-client site and requires an active Secret clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities Include:

·       Serves as the Project Manager who organizes and manages resources to deliver all the work required to complete an IT project within defined scope, time, and cost constraints.

·       Manages activities of the program, meeting with appropriate stakeholders, taking a lead role, and working with stakeholders to develop viable WBS and Schedule, Project Standards, Change Control Plan, Resource and Staffing Plan, Budget Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Communication Plan.

·       Develops and maintains relationships with program managers and the teams of WSMR funded initiatives.

·       Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles tracking and analysis documentation, spreadsheets, and information on program status and schedules; identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans; and assists in identifying and prioritizing requirements.

Required Education/Training:

·       BS, preferably in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or a related discipline.

·       At least 7 years of direct, work related experience.

·       Or AS degree + at least 10 years of direct, work related experience.

·       Security+ CE.

·       MCSE, CCNA/CCNP (preferred).

·       ITIL Foundations, ITIL Intermediate (preferred).


Work Site Requirement:

·       Work at White Sands Missile Range, NM.

·       Must be able to attain and retain a Security Clearance at the Secret level, as a minimum.

·       Must be a U.S. Citizen.

·       Must possess a valid driver's license.

·       Must maintain ability to be insured to operate company vehicles.
