Job Description

As a Continuous Improvement / Process Manager Lead! you will be at the forefront of innovation, analyzing our end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Coordinate and manage projects aimed at process optimization and simplification.
  • Analyze and Innovate: Evaluate end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose creative solutions to reduce aging cases and improve turnaround times.
  • Cost Reduction: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies that drive cost efficiencies across operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business lines to align on goals and drive integrated improvements.
  • Strategic Focus: Look beyond isolated improvements to develop holistic solutions that benefit the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field(would be an asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Good leadership and coordination abilities, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable(would be an asset)
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving positive change.
