- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Oversee purchase of materials, coordinate inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Develop strategic and operational objectives aligned with the needs of the business and industry

- Oversee, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Assist with recruiting, training and supervision of staff

Requirements:
- Previous work experience in Equipment Dealership preferred but not required
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Learn our ERP system and fulfill orders
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with executives and staff employees
- Strong personal and professional judgment

Compensation:
- Salary ranges from 90K-100K
