Entrusted is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the mitigation operation at our Jacksonville branch. You’ll refine processes, develop a high-performing field team, and drive profitability, making sure every job is completed efficiently, safely, and as promised to our clients. This role is a great fit for an emerging leader ready to help an established branch reach its next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s operational standards
- Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals
- Identify and implement process improvements as the branch continues to scale
- Direct, coach, and develop field team members, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows
- Build an engaged, accountable team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values
- Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations leadership
- Other duties may be assigned
