You will oversee the work of Family Environment Specialists who maintain the Diocesan cemetery grounds and facilities
You will develop and maintaining processes and procedures streamlining operational efficiencies and improving safety across all cemetery location
You will act as project manager and assist in Capital Planning and project execution

- College degree preferred, and/or 5 years working as a grounds keeper or landscaper
- 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and using power/hand tools
- 1-2 year supervisory experience
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Experience developing procedures
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Strong Organization
- Excellent Computer Skills
Skills Required
- College degree
- Five years of experience working as a groundskeeper or landscaper
- Two to three years of experience operating heavy equipment and using power and hand tools
- One to two years of supervisory experience
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Experience developing procedures
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is a faith-founded, church-connected charitable nonprofit that provides education, outreach, support, and professional funeral, cremation, cemetery, and other end-of-life services. It helps families handle immediate needs and plan ahead, offering guidance grounded in Catholic teachings while prioritizing families’ emotional, cultural, and financial circumstances. CFCS also operates mission programs that provide financial assistance and other community support.
