Trueline Talent is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and scale the business in a hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone with substantial experience in landscape, construction, or site development who can enhance processes from sales through fulfillment while leading and coaching a project management team.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and improve the end-to-end operational process including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery.
- Coach, structure, and guide project managers to elevate performance and consistency across teams.
- Develop and implement workflows, operational standards, and tools to support growth.
- Partner with leadership to refine the sales-to-execution process so profitability and job costing are clear and actionable.
- Bring structure to planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision making.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and systems that support scaling and efficiency.

This Role Offers:
- Base salary between $120,000-$135,000 depending on experience.
