Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 annually + performance-based bonuses

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations for our HVAC Service & Installation departments
- Manage and develop field technicians, installers, and supervisors
- Oversee scheduling, workload forecasting, staffing, and installation coordination
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Monitor key performance metrics, productivity, and financial results
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, equipment ordering, and ductwork fabrication
- Ensure safe and efficient job-site operations
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs
- Partner with Field Service Support to improve technician performance and efficiency
- Assist with budgets, payroll, performance reviews, and operational reporting
- Work closely with the President/General Manager on strategy and company initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of leadership/management experience preferred
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HVAC or plumbing industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing service and/or installation teams highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
The starting hourly base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
