The Operations Manager is responsible for managing relationships with the client(s), ensuring deliverables of contract are being performed and that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are being met; serving as a resource for field personnel supporting the contract(s), and that the core values of the company are being adhered to in the performance of our work. This includes working closely with Facility Site Supervisors and being the primary Point of Contact for the client for resolution of issues related to performance of work, staffing and billing as well as ensuring that requests for additional support are addressed in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years’ experience working as a Facilities Coordinator or Superintendent              
  • BS/BA Degree (Preferred/Not required)
  • Industry recognized experience, training or certification in Facilities Management desired.

Travel/Relocation Requirements

  • The Facility Manager will be based at the Corporate Office.  Frequent travel is expected. 
  • Facilities may be in or out of the Metro Nashville area. 
  • Some travel may be overnight, based on complexity and distance from Corporate Office.
  • The Facility Manager will be required to travel to remote sites for Facility reviews, progress reviews, and meetings as required by the Customer.
  • The Facility Manager will be required to travel to remote sites for position-specific or facility-specific training as required.
