Lead and execute safety strategy across multiple business units, develop and coach a safety team, enforce compliance with OSHA/DOT/DOL, manage incident investigations and corrective actions, implement safety systems and metrics, and drive continuous improvement and training.

Lead and supervise a team of trade personnel delivering on-demand and preventative maintenance for Metro Nashville General Services facilities. Oversee quality, safety, communication, and staff development while coordinating maintenance operations and using Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Design and deliver mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing systems as Engineer of Record. Prepare construction drawings and specifications, ensure code compliance, perform load calculations, equipment selection, site and drawing reviews, support proposals, lead internal teams, and evaluate facility systems to develop owner solutions.

Create and coordinate detailed fabrication models, ensure constructability, review technical plans, support project teams, and train/mentor others.

Lead electrical construction projects including safety oversight, financial performance, staffing and recruitment, project assignment and closeout, strategic sales, and staff leadership for the Special Projects Group.

Program, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and document HVAC and building automation systems. Integrate multiple facility systems, work with BAS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Echelon, Zigbee), provide training and technical support, and perform BAS commissioning and functional checks.

Perform entry-level fabrication, assembly, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products per blueprints, drawings, and work orders in a manufacturing setting. Follow directions, lift and maneuver materials safely, and work cooperatively on a team.

Program, document, commission, and integrate building automation and HVAC/process control systems. Configure BAS software and networks (BACnet, Modbus, Echelon, SCADA), perform electrical and HVAC troubleshooting, functional testing, operator training, and develop scope. Use AutoCAD, Windows, BAS engineering tools, and Microsoft SQL for system setup and diagnostics.
