Assists project and senior project managers with planning, directing, and coordinating electrical construction projects. Helps ensure project goals, schedules, and funding parameters are met. The role may involve office and outdoor job-site work, driving, physical labor, hazardous conditions, and exposure to varying weather and work environments.

Leads preconstruction activities including constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, subcontractor and manufacturer pricing, estimating, and proposal generation. Ensures effective project planning and transition into execution while maintaining client, subcontractor, and internal relationships. Requires strong construction methods knowledge, drawing interpretation, organization, communication, customer service, and estimating software proficiency. HVAC, plumbing, or MEP experience is preferred.

Sell commercial HVAC preventative maintenance agreements and other facility services to facility owners and managers. Use consultative selling, provide technical and operational solutions, cultivate and qualify opportunities, close new business, and achieve profitable growth and volume goals within an assigned geographic area.

Program, document, commission, and integrate HVAC and process control building automation systems. Configure BAS protocols, troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues, perform functional checks, train facility operators, and interface multiple systems into a unified platform.

Design and deliver mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing systems as Engineer of Record. Prepare construction drawings and specifications, ensure code compliance, perform load calculations, equipment selection, site and drawing reviews, support proposals, lead internal teams, and evaluate facility systems to develop owner solutions.

Lead electrical construction projects including safety oversight, financial performance, staffing and recruitment, project assignment and closeout, strategic sales, and staff leadership for the Special Projects Group.

Program, document, commission, and integrate building automation and HVAC/process control systems. Configure BAS software and networks (BACnet, Modbus, Echelon, SCADA), perform electrical and HVAC troubleshooting, functional testing, operator training, and develop scope. Use AutoCAD, Windows, BAS engineering tools, and Microsoft SQL for system setup and diagnostics.

Program, commission, troubleshoot and maintain HVAC building automation systems. Integrate multiple facility systems using BAS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Echelon, Zigbee), perform functional checks, documentation, training and technical support, and configure related IT/network and SQL-based systems.
