Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Role:

Your Tasks:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring customer service levels and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Develop, coach and inspire your Operations Supervisors and operational colleagues to maximise performance and engagement.
- Drive a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, analysing data and implementing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage labour planning and resource allocation to meet changing business demands.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and best practice principles.
- Ensure compliance with all operational processes, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Support the delivery of business objectives through effective planning, problem solving and decision making.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager role within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
