Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of a designated operational department. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, developing team members, improving departmental performance, and ensuring operational goals are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of an assigned department to ensure efficiency, quality, and accountability.
• Monitor departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation within the department.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Experience using operational metrics and data to drive decision-making.
• Strong analytical and process improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Solar industry experience is preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
