Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations.Position Location: Hybrid – Portland, OR
- Primary responsibilities (85%+ of team member’s time will be dedicated to primary responsibilities)
- Coordinate client requests across 10-member operations team.
- Help lead the design and implementation of next generation knowledge and communication center.
- Time permitting, assist with Salesforce Integration with our Portal, Utilization by internal personnel, and effectiveness of platform.
- Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
- Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in business with 7-10 years of work experience in operations, process improvement, or equivalent
- Highly organized, detailed and task oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills
- Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate
- Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution
- Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel
- Banking, Fintech, and/or payments experience a plus
- Salesforce experience / knowledge a plus
