Manager – Operations/Sr. Operations

 

  • Objective of the role:

Key Responsibilities


1. Operational Excellence and Quality Management

  • Ensure all properties meet or exceed defined quality standards
  • Implement and maintain effective property management systems
  • Achieve target scores in internal and external audits
  • Successfully manage transitions from project teams to operations & maintenance teams
  • Proactively manage site operations and maintenance activities
  • Effectively handle escalations

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular interaction and review sessions with clients
  • Ensure timely sharing and review of Daily Management Reports (DMRs) and Monthly Management Reports (MMRs)
  • Achieve high client satisfaction scores

3. Vendor Management

  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and evaluations
  • Ensure vendors meet quality and service level standards

4. Technology Implementation and Innovation

  • Drive the implementation of IT tools and AI in day-to-day operations
  • Support the rollout and implementation of SOPs, Preventive and Reactive Complaint Management Software, and other IT tools (e.g., KADence, CMO, FSI Go, etc.)

5. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Assist in maintaining and renewing site-related Building Statutory Compliances
  • Support administrative, compliance, and legal documentation requirements
  • Ensure timely completion of snagging and de-snagging verification assignments

6. Financial Performance

  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of invoices to clients
  • Track payments from clients and maintain strict DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
  • Monitor and control payroll inputs and related allocation queries

7. Team Management and Development

  • Actively involve and engage with the site team
  • Monitor people platforms (e.g., Workday) for team management
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for planned service reviews and audits

8. Business Development Support

  • Provide support on visits for BD queries
  • Contribute inputs for BD proposals as required

9. Contract Management

  • Track site agreements and initiate necessary renewal processes
  • Ensure timely communication with the team regarding contract renewals

10. Continuous Improvement

  • Implement best practices across the cluster
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency

Skills Required

  • On-site work in Hyderabad, TS
  • Experience managing property/site operations and maintenance
  • Client relationship and stakeholder management experience
  • Vendor management and vendor performance review experience
