Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to support Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) teams and manage operational activities, particularly focusing on cybersecurity projects, attention to detail, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity Project Management:
  • Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements and priorities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
  • Cyber Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity requirements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and support.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, project status, and client satisfaction.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other departments, including IT, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on operational activities and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or relationship management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity.

Compensation

Base pay: $150,000 - $225,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
