Join us in shaping the future of logistics. As a Field Logistics District Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring our products reach healthcare professionals and patients efficiently and reliably.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead a team of logistics professionals across multiple locations
  • Oversee inventory management and distribution operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Drive customer satisfaction through reliable logistics execution

What will you need to be successful?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience preferred
  • Inventory Management experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical industry is preferred
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare logistics

  • Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, from 6am to 3pm, hybrid (1 day from home, 4 from site).
