Join us in shaping the future of logistics. As a Field Logistics District Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring our products reach healthcare professionals and patients efficiently and reliably.
What will you be doing?
- Lead a team of logistics professionals across multiple locations
- Oversee inventory management and distribution operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Drive customer satisfaction through reliable logistics execution
What will you need to be successful?

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
- Inventory Management experience preferred
- Experience in a medical industry is preferred
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare logistics

- Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, from 6am to 3pm, hybrid (1 day from home, 4 from site).
