Operations Manager – Omnichannel
We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel & Operations Manager to lead and coordinate both our offline flash sale events and our online operations in Thailand. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong brand partner relationships. The ideal candidate has solid retail/e-commerce experience, proven leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH:
Offline Operations
- Manage stock arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control (inbound & outbound logistics).
- Oversee all aspects of flash sale execution, from event set-up to dismantling, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Supervise and guide temporary staff/part-timers in their daily tasks, providing clear instructions and maintaining high operational standards.
- Monitor the POS system and coordinate with regional IT teams to troubleshoot or enhance systems when needed.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and post-event materials for both brand partners and internal stakeholders.
Online & Omnichannel Operations
- Oversee daily online sales operations, including product uploads, stock management, and coordination with logistics providers.
- Ensure smooth customer journey across channels, from registration and payment to delivery and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotions are well-executed and aligned with inventory.
- Support the development of omnichannel strategies (e.g., offline-to-online initiatives, cross-channel customer engagement).
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes.
Leadership & Management
- Lead and develop a small full-time team and temporary event staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Liaise with brand partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer experience.
- Act as a problem-solver and decision-maker during both planned operations and unexpected challenges.
WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven ability to supervise and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Experience with POS systems, online platforms, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
