Operations Manager, NSW Investment Sales

Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operations Manager to streamline systems and processes for our Investment Sales NSW team. This role will involve team coordination, marketing support, and executive assistance to ensure high service standards and revenue goals are met.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to improve communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Identify areas for business process improvement.

  • Organize meetings, events, and conferences.

  • Oversee onboarding of new staff and ensure smooth IT setups.

  • Manage marketing campaigns, including property listings, EDMs, and brochures.

  • Maintain team organizational charts and track CPD activities.

  • Handle budget management, invoicing, and supplier payments.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • InDesign/Canva knowledge will be highly regarded.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an operations or senior admin role.

  • Experience in process improvement and team coordination.

  • Background in commercial real estate is highly desirable.
