The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our pioneering team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing BPO operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a part of this dynamic, start-up environment, you will play a critical role in establishing operational standards, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of a pioneer team, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the team.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align team goals with broader company objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and BPO standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite at McKinley BGC, Taguig.
