Operations Manager (m/w/d)

  • As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results. 

Key Responsibilities

  • You are an industry expert and a recognized leader with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload
  • You strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests
  • You enjoy the challenge of running our show. It’s what makes your heartbeat faster! 
  • You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
  • As right hand to the General Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel
  • As an Operations Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Qualifications

Your Profile & Skills

  • Proven experience in leading hotel-operations teams with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude 
  • An eye for detail 
  • Is a creative problem-solver 
  • Passionate about creating extraordinary service
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
  • Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
